Karen

Karen 2 in Temps SmileKaren Final

    Before                                                      After

Karen was unhappy with the alignment of the front teeth and how it made her smile look.  We placed four all-ceramic (Lava) crowns on her front teeth allowing us to realign her teeth into a more acceptable smile line.  The only complaint that Karen has had is that a couple of her grandchildren have said that her smile doesn’t look like grandma’s anymore.

Patricia

    Before                                                    After

Patricia had single crowns done on 5 of her 6 front teeth over the course of the last 20 years.  She finally decided that she no longer liked the inconsistent look of her crowns as well as the “black line” near the gums.  All 6 of the front teeth (Canine to Canine) were prepped and made in an all-ceramic crown restoration.  These crowns were chosen to avoid any future “Black line” problems due to the absence of any metal in the crowns.

Cameron

Cameron PrepsCameron Veneers

    Before                                                      After

Cameron had undergone Orthodontics and due to a difference in tooth size from the upper to lower arch, veneers were placed on the upper lateral incisors to close the space that was created to ensure proper tooth alignment.

Lance

    Before                                                      After

Lance has “peg laterals”, which is smaller than normal lateral incisors.  Lance wanted to have his teeth “bonded” to correct the tooth size discrepancy.  The two central incisors were also recontoured to compensate for the angulation of the roots to help give a more congruent smile line.

Jake

Jake BeforeJake Composite Veneer 9

    Before                                                     After

Jake is a very active 11 year old.  While playing kickball in gym class at school he got hit in the mouth with another students elbow.  Being so young the best option was to make a Composite Veneer or “Bonding” on his tooth.  Eventually he will probably have to have either a veneer or crown done on this tooth, but this is a great option to bide our time until he is older.

JayLyn

    Before  Orthodontics                            After Orthodontics

    After Veneers

Like Jake’s case above JayLyn broke her two front teeth when she was 10 or 11.  Her case involved both of her front teeth.  Her case started with orthodontics to straighten her teeth and crossbite.  During the process of her orthodontics her front two teeth were slenderized to try and idealize the size and shape of the teeth.  After her ortho we finished the whole process with changing out her composite veneers with porcelain veneers.

Zack

Zack BeforeZack four Veneers

    Before                                                   After

Zack also began his process with orthodontics.  He had a very detrimental bite that was causing quite a bit of wear on his front teeth.  Once the bite was corrected some additional length was added to his front 4 teeth.  Zack decided to have his front 4 teeth done in veneers in order to give them more strength and longevity than the composite would allow for.
